Another Look

by Richard Tornello

The noiseless noise that’s in my head
electrons connecting a trillion said.
Humming white noisily buzzing.
Only inside at nighttime, no outside noise numbing.

Universe connected its communication detected.
Translation not yet forthcoming,
its language beyond my ken.
I only know I’ve been there, again.
Visions of prebirth I remember clearly
like crack of the door partially left open,
while the whole of that tapestry’s not full light.
I saw and eventually under stood
Interconnected unbounded multiverses.
Maybe Bohm and Everett were close to right.

SUBTEXT:
All the while realpolitik,
actions contrary to that
knowledge.
And I continue to kill,
random,
and at will, if ever so distant.
Connected.
Not the trigger directly
do I pull.
But still.
