| Mournerby M Saling
The rain fell glumlyAround an unknown person
 Umbrella in hand

Solemnly standingLike a sad, misplaced mourner
 Completely in black

Her face was coveredBy the umbrella's black bloom
 Held up by white hands

A patch of dead grassBehind apartment housing
 Hidden by a shed

She stood here, waitingFor someone to escort her
 Rain bleakly falling
