Kind of a fun little romp, but it went on a little too long, IMO. And I had the rescuer figured for a robot by the time they broke out of the dungeon. Maybe that was why it seemed too long to me.
I was raised by humans. What's your excuse?

An enjoyable read, and a pleasant change of pace. As for the length, it was just long enough to playfully include a heaping helping of F&SF cliches.
