Thought about that old song, Georgia, today.

"Ooh! Ooh! I know that song!"

You can't sing parasite...

"Sure I can." (coughing and clearing the ample mucus, or whatever that slime oozing from its pores is) "Georgiaaaa... Oh, Georgia... The red clay sticks to my feet. Georgiaaaaa... Oh Georgia, the kudzu climbs so fast it can eat a wheelchair bound handicaps brain..."

Parasite?

"Yes. Did you like it?"

I'd rather listen to a bull bellow while having his nuts caught in a cattle chute...

"Yeah... You know what? So would I!"

She looks like Amelia Earhart...or, Amelia Earhart looks like her... Interesting that both like to fly...

Inspired by flight today. Observed two hawks dressed for Winter interact today. Both wore the white undergarments, both were hunters. One was flying higher and was larger; his attitude was indignant and aloof while beneath him flew a much smaller version; female. She wore the face of survival and speed, as she wove out of his reach with the success of a mouse in her claws. Wonderful and of course, inspiring.

Battle of the Sexes

'Men rule the world' it has been said
'Behind every powerful man rests a powerful woman' an allusion of truth spoken

Brawn or beauty?
Beast or beauty?
Better said is both... are equal.

A hammer hits a nail
Without the nail the hammer is heavy and can never join anything
together
Without the hammer a nail's sharp point can only scratch annoyance and lay alone and cold.

This 'battle' some speak of, actually is nothing more than a battle
inside their heads.

The strength of a female no matter if winged, gilled, tailed... is a story of nothing less than
spectacular.
The ability to create and nurture or fight and destroy,
depending on the matter.

The weakness of a male no matter if winged, gilled, tailed... is a story of reality lost in those many male battles.
The ability to cry, scream, or shudder,
depending on the matter.

Yin/Yang
Two sides of a coin
Philosophical fodder for those with nothing better to do
as
what's most important is when the two genders come together, to do battle
against those that are lost in one battle camp of gender
or
other.

Speaking words of English, or whatever language is communicated between animals of this planet, it feels like wearing clothes.

Communication can be flashy like wearing a suit or raw as wearing nothing more than the flesh or fur one is born with.

Strange though, when speaking a language on the outside while inside such intense symbols beg to be let out yet cannot because no one else could ever come close to understanding them except others who also speak the language.

A primitive example is how a mentally deranged individual such as Dahmler can speak niceties. Speak about the weather, or how one model of car is better than another... all the while speaking inside of killing and eating the person they are talking too. Primitive true but an example of how so many have a language inside... Most have a language associated with a spoken/written form, a few, something completely alien, and for a very, very few, a music/mathematical/magical/totally incomprehensible...

All very inspirational.

Today while grading and turning the grader around near a group of people having a party and bonfire, a woman approached the machine. She looked angry. However, without blinking she climbed the ladder to the grader and said, "I can run this."

I replied that was nice. She went on to say she could run heavy equipment and then asked my name after giving hers. Interesting situation.

She asked if she could operate the machine, of course the answer is a definite n-o. She then asked about the grader and the particulars.

After saying I must continue work she smiled and asked for a ride, of course the answer is a definite n-o.

Ah yes, youth and alcohol. A very interesting and inspiring combination.

Curiosity Kills the Cat

Women possess a physical charm; alluring; beckoning; appealing; natural...
A simple smile can bring a male to their knee's with empty pocket

a man loves the pheromones as well as the flesh
and yet?

Experience speaks different when knowing troubles abound

bad feelings bounce as ample as those lovely breasts

Why?
How then can such a paradox be when those of a group play such dangerous games?
The answer is simple: Curiosity kills the cat, that feline beauty that treads deep waters
without the simple skill of understanding those that live in the blackness of depth
feeding upon such playful paws

Jaws of teeth bared so the galaxy understands as the People of knowledge peek
there are creatures with many names which can be

I wonder how many writers want to write something with every fiber of themselves yet do not because it not only makes others uncomfortable but tears the insides out?

Just this thought is inspirational.

Re: Writers Parasite [Contains Adult Language & Situations]

Guess what parasite, writers write.

"No shit Sherlock. Did you figure that out all on your own?"

Nope. Everyone knows that writers write, but not all know that some writers are like real people that do things most others don't like.

"Oh shit... Are you going to get deep again? Don't you ever learn that no one gives a flying fuck what you think about?"

Apparently you do parasite, as it is obvious your obnoxious behavior and perfect grammar shows that.

"No, I hate your very being but you do supply me with new dolphins and food, so...anyway, what kind of crap is on the writing board tonight? Fantasy? Emotions? How to cook and process a ground hog?"

Nope. Tonight it is to show that by writing stuff, even the last few lines, is offensive to most and would be rejected by a very high percentage of readers, yet a few, a very few, find some kind of interest.

To put it in contrast, the following headline I read a few minutes ago show an example of what is today's inspiration...well, that and placing a bid on a real cool bow.

Re: Writers Parasite [Contains Adult Language & Situations]

crazy day today. waaaaay too much input. first, the story about the wounded elephant getting stalked by a croc and the story ending up with the elephant trying to climb a river bank only to collapse dead and crush/kill the croc... just that story is worthy of a poem.

it did not end though as i ended up high bidder on 12 lots out of 16 bidding on books a neighbor was selling. almost all were $5 per lot and i ended up spending a whopping $72 for over $4000 worth of books...most brand new or never read.

but, it did not end. the same auction i won bird feeders, boots, a whole truck load of great usable items to include a new-in-box router table with router for $51.

and, the day still did not end. a man who started to help me build a home for some people called and needed help with a nice buck he shot.

so... what does a writer do in such situations? the answer is, write. but, today, soooooo much inspiration. i LOVE it!

Whispers From a Tea Cup

If the door opens briefly a breeze briefly enters
"Hello," it says to the dust happy for the presence
They all dance and play until the door latch speaks
and then
the dust drifts back to sleep

On the table, it is set in mood just as the owners make it
Chairs pushed in and level
Covered sugar in a bowl in the center
Salt
Pepper
Bowl of flowers slightly fresh and slightly wilted

A cup fragile filled with steeping bitter and sweet
like an ice cube melting on the floor
mixing with the dust
footprints bare
and fresh

What is this taste that changes?
Peach?
Earl Gray?
Black?
Peppermint?
Lavender?

It does not matter as in answer the wind taps against the window
beneath
a tiny crack
so small yet open to enter
and with happiness again, the dust listens while the tea
tries to speak.

Thanks Lester. It is indeed fun to try and put those squirming little words together and get them to cooperate.

Words in my opinion can be on par with herding wild, feral cats into a car to go to the vet to get them neutered. Usually the words win and the cats end up neutering the one trying to do the herding.

Inspired today while on a ladder trying to find where those damn mice and pesky woodpeckers are getting in. Chased one woodpecker around the living room today with Radar (the corgi/hunter) was beyond happy trying to catch the bird. Success though and was able to catch and release the little guy outside. Only his pride was hurt.

Anyway, inspired as I remember my grandfather dying after falling off a windmill in North Dakota almost one-hundred years ago.

Clock Inside an Artery

Wee little gears of such circular perfection
Outdone and unwound
sitting in organized pieces upon a table

Hours upon hours have passed while the watch lived to tell time
now apart and silent
in the hands of its maker

He was a tinker, a maker, a creator; old, wise,
sitting there with such meticulous behavior

For as long as he could remember he was truly
a watch maker
keeper of time and order
until
as one of the many clocks on the wall chimed
this man's heart stopped by the hands of his Creator

It was silent now as his body now rested on top of the rest of the silent pieces

(silence)

until, from out of nowhere,
the small chime from beneath nestled between body and table
started to tinkle
a sound so alive, clear, and pleasant
with no one around to hear the unbelievable
this the final tribute from the magic of the man and clock
both in tune with time
of another world...

They grew from branches beneath the crown
Majestic pines tending to rooted consumption
trying to understand

It was a competition between brown needles cast away

Spring, the meadows rolled with green and color
Storms brought rain and squalls
Summer was grand as green ruled all

Winter now, the seeds are scattered to sprout where they land
Tree's, their bark the color of tarnished gold
At such times it does seem for life to be hopeless
until looking up to see sitting upon a branch of the same tree
a Stellar Jay the color

Re: Writers Parasite [Contains Adult Language & Situations]

A lot of writers (with the exception of the parasite) live boring, mundane lives and have to resort to using their imagination. Now, some, (such as the parasite) have some pretty weird and strange lives.

For me, I've been blessed with living with things so bizarre few could come close to believing. And, for this, I'm thankful... It ALL is inspirational. Today for example: Robert was opening a box that held a toaster purchased at Costco (Costco is a fantastic place for absorbing stories).

After he took out the toaster he saw a ring staring up at him nestled in the cardboard padding on the bottom of the box. It was a special ring. Solid gold, horseshoe shaped, and holding eleven faceted diamonds.

Now, this story alone is fantastic by itself, especially since it is true. But, the inspiration comes later as Virginia took it to town today and showed a jeweler who said, "I'll give you $300.00 for it..."

Horseshit. The 'jeweler' is a crook and thief. Trying to prey on old people who sometimes enter such establishments to sell jewelry as they prepare to die... So this is the inspiration given to me. To write about those fucked up individuals that are worse than vultures. Even worse than Democrats, Republicans, and religious zealots of whatever persuasion.

Re: Writers Parasite [Contains Adult Language & Situations]

The last post inspires me. It does so because of something I've been raised with both in the writing realm and the world of society. Profanity...

I was brainwashed into thinking of ,"Only a weak mind uses profanity," or "God hates cuss words," and all those other, "Don't swear..." To this my reply is a hearty, fuck that!

It is amazing how a drag queen can teach little kindergarten kids and show their crotch but a publishing company suddenly becomes a puritans refuge unless the writer is a famous celebrity... To this my reply is to say, horseshit!

Some may have heard the phrase, "I don't trust a man who does not drink." Well and mostly true but for me, if someone does not 'let er rip' regarding cussing and what society labels as profanity... I sure as hell don't trust them one bit.

Writing is supposed to be one of the ultimate forms of expression. For sure profanity in poems is even better.

Now, if all one wrote is , "Fuck that fat fuck. That fat fuck only eats shitty food..." As with everything, a bit 'overdone'. Now maybe it could be written, "That guy is fat because he eats lousy, shitty food..."

Everyone has opinions just like they have blood in their veins so what I'm writing will not sway any reader one way or another, just as it should be. To each their own, so it is said.

Writers write whatever they want, and this is the most important. Every writer may have some that read their stuff, or many, or none but themselves as they only write in a personal diary. I love it!

Sure, most editors frown when seeing fuck, shit, bastard, etc... and that is important as they follow their values and publishing guidelines. For me, there are no rules regarding writing, no guidelines, nothing but the fun of writing whatever, whenever and however. It's amazing that Aphelion allows so much for so many writers. For just this fact, they should be ranked number #1 in the world for allowing such freedom. And that too, is very inspirational.

So, swear or not. Write or not. Read whatever. Be whomever, It is, as it is, and should be.

Fluffy Little Bunny FooFoo

FooFoo was the runt of the litter. Tiny little fella with a funny little name. I mean, what rabbit would name their son, FooFoo?

FooFoo was raised with five sisters and six brothers. His mother was a great rabbit and was very prolific until her husband was eaten by a pack of red-eyed black wolves. And since those wolves were great hunters, they killed every rabbit for miles around.

FooFoo's mother was eaten. The five sisters and six brothers were eaten. And even FooFoo himself would have been eaten except that just before he was to be devoured, the wolves learned their last victim was named, FooFoo.

They all laughed so hard that FooFoo was able to hop away. Eventually stowing away on a ship bound for France.

After the ship docked, FooFoo hopped ashore and soon met some very sexy French bunnies who just loved his name and American accent and soon FooFoo was saying OuiOui!

The End

"Sitee! Sitee!"
and still it can be heard
as the Sun hid behind the mountain after so much of its song and blustering...
it too is no longer heard, seen, or felt in its quiet silence
and yet this little grouse, asleep now upon his branch
sings loud in this soul the song of the grouse...
"Sitee! Sitee! Sitee!"
singing along with the song of the Mountain.

Boo`! ya

Words... they do not kill, care, scare, or smile
Words only
convey
feelings of
self

Individual, society, sounding a bit scared as the mind borders on
mental
aloof
free
though chained, bonded to a chain of soil
filled with airy ambitions...
Scared?

Ha~
What does a human feel on a day when the surreal meets the real?
Why, just look over there, a woman lays in her bed dying of cancer
and there, a child beaten after he/she was sexually molested, all in the name
of a bastards/whores 'needs'...

And he/she, that murderous thug(s) who preys on the stray of the herd, the weak
Eating hearts metaphorically just so his/her demons can be appeased...

Words?
They do nothing more than present
Neutral
Cold
Without the feelings those of evil they
represent.

Bamboo and the Picasso Moon

Strength grows from the ground skyward
Against bending breeze and torrent
Faster than a stone can roll the leaves present such numbers
a path between an untamed grove

On the left lays the continent
On the right resides the mystery of dreams
Judged by the grin of a Moon

To a panda asleep with his mouth full
thinking not of food or starry space
instead wondering if reaching out to place a bonnet on the surface of the grin
while conversing with termites in Spanish
it would bring back his smile.
or
at least stop the itch.

Science Speak

Spoken sentences seem sincere...
so
why the confusion?

Since long ago in languages vast, intellectuals have lead the masses
"The earth is flat, sail far enough and you fall off..."
and the masses believed that

Stories of Life starting with amino acids, electrical sparks, and chance
and even such is believed
by the masses believing they exist.

Simple people speak too
Speaking of red sunsets being a sailors delight while red sunrise sailors take warning
Such is science fact

Imagine if you will how language of the science can be so void, so cold,
thus damning imagination
with participation left for those accepted to the club

So, it is with conviction by so many
it is
wise
not to step on a crack to break mothers back
or
throw iron nails down the well
well
unless science accepts...

Re: Writers Parasite [Contains Adult Language & Situations]

For the many species populating worlds uncountable, there is more in common than life or death, that being, reason. All species reason and try to understand with so much to include emotions, colors, music, religions, politics (multiply by trillions the mechanisms of 'why'. Thus fear is... and fear is, not...

Inspiring and amusing to see why humans fear that they are unable to control or understand, and thus, it is.

Armies led by the strongest of Generals
Angels
Demons
Good
Bad
Pure
Evil

Armies of vast array with such strengths as overwhelming technology
and even using the simplest weapon going by so many names/;/
weakness...

Arrival and departure and the in and out
within and without
and while they try
they can never understand and so
they fear it.

Accept the fact they themselves
these elusive creatures called by so many names\:\
are only on leash by God
as God is the only force able to control them
with control the mechanism of final decision
is to slay them with such Power; in itself it is
the name of total destruction beyond any, any, any
of any
wildest
imagination

All of the countless creatures live with the will God gives them
All are able to choose
All witness the actions of those few who try and show them
And in the end, there is a beginning even if the Dragons destroy
and grind their worlds to
pieces.

Re: Writers Parasite [Contains Adult Language & Situations]

Dan's editorial pointed out an inspirational writers fodder... that being, birthdays.

62 years old. Is that old? For humans it could be. For tree's? Nope. For nuclear fission? Absolutely!

Writers write stories about birthdays and death days. (Writers write about a lot of shit but for today the inspiration is birthdays)

Congrats Dan. Live a couple of hundred more years and it may all start to make sense.
***

"Happy birthday to you. Happy birthday to youuuu. Happy birthday dear (insert proper nouN) Happy birthday to you."

For the rays enlighten by brightening and show
With skin so soft at birth and until death
remaining so, almost as if nothing ever could change

Hands and cheek
with ample smile
yet, why frown when this shitty world gets in the way?

Why worry about today and yesterday when there always remains
tomorrow
and tomorrow
and tomorrow
until tomorrow always remains.

Were you born years ago?
Today?
Tomorrow?
Or, in the many coming days?

Salute and salutations as you survived this time of day
and in coming seconds, minutes, days, weeks, years...
Remember, long after it all ceases to exist
there will always be...
tomorrow.
