"Dinky."
Say what parasite? Dinky?
"Yeah numbnuts, dinky in as the true size of your winky"
Winky? Dinky? Parasite, are you indulging in cashew nuts again?
"Nope. But I did find your stash of smoked eel! Yum!"
Uh, that's not smoked eel, that's the bucket of black mold I cleaned out of the toilet bowl in the guest room.
"Really? (silence) Oh well, tastes like smoked eel to me! Yum!"
You're a sick, sick entity parasite. That's why I like you.
"Oh goody, does that mean I can have more?
Sure thing. Sure thing. You go for it.

Talking about liking, just read a cool poem from another man whose writing intrigues me. It was about being tired. A bit of part poetry, a bit doodling, a great use of forming/spelling words.
And so, inspiration to write a piece for those writers who are tired. Some writers get so many rejection letters from editors and book companies it is easy to get tired. Many other writers get burnt out and lose the muse to write. Getting tired is something everyone can relate too. To be tired is to be human. To be human is to try.

Alarm clock blaring out the tuned vibration
tearing out a resting nervous system
testing the joy of sleep to the max.
Work maybe?
A college exam or high school test?
Even on vacation and you have to catch the early bus?
How about a writer? Tough enough. Typing, typing, typing, toiling, sweating, grueling... Yes indeed, tough.
Running a race to your hardest
Breathing hard; sweating; groaning, with so many muscles wanting to rest
Metal taxation maybe, working the mechanisms of search
A search for an answer for a question so hard
maybe it will result in a cure for cancer?
How about relationships?
Man/man, woman/woman, man/woman, woman/man
and then throw in religions, nations, ages, politics, heck even clothes.
Now, hate makes a person tired
so too
love
Sleep is grand but often too, leaves one tired
So, what is the answer? The solution? What can a tired person do?
Pills are not the answer, nor booze.
Less of or moderation sometimes only makes being tired worse.
Sex is cool but the success only makes for more tired
so
what is a tired person to do?
The answer is... to appreciate
Yes
Appreciation is truly the clue.
Write something shitty and everybody hates it?
Good, appreciate that you could, and did indeed, write it, and that someone actually took the time to read it.
Appreciate the love, the hate, the politics; all that makes one tired
means that you tried, you try so hard yet either in success or failure, makes you so tired.
I appreciate absolutely everything good or bad, truly, i do (and thankfully, there is pizza, chips, and other fantastic food)
and when this body surrenders and it turns to dust
there will be plenty of time then, for resting in a great
dirt nap.
