You should use the thing/spell that Hermione Granger did in Harry Potter. As some of y'all recall, she was the studious one and liked it so much she used magic to be in two places at once! (But it began to tire even her out!)

Re: POLL: APHELION FLASH FICTION CONTEST:July 2015 Tao Votes

Well I don't often post my full workup, but especially in light of the scoring glitch, I wanted to recall what I was thinking ... sigh ... I have such a short memory!

So ... Waste Management ...

Yep, the "Cryo-Jar" is "typical decent grade SciFi" usage of the requirement ... and then it earned a 10 in challenge (and I basically NEVER give 10's!) because I *only now* (then, when voting) recall that a Marine is a "Jar-Head" - so I REALLY like it when a story nails something I did NOT see coming! The rest of it was solid "hard boiled fiction" in some kind of 2150 setting or whenever.

Feb 29th - Leap Year! What does that mean?

It means that the peculiar crime/Killing that was set to happen that day will only occur once every four years, and not before, by luck :D  ...well, it would probably give the detectives more time to find the killer of that peculiar species and stop him, but it did not in the end, because they only thought of their next retirement which was at hand... ::)

Well, those notes were written "live stream" while reading the stories - so of course I know what a leap year is; but I was trying to figure out how that other group selected a "rare" date as a possible compromise, except they then slightly ruined it all by jumping too fast later. I was just puzzling over how if they kept to their rules, allowing four years of attempts at progress is remarkably restrained for a terrorist group!

An alien terrorist group  ... eh,eh...if history goes on, maybe we'll see also them in the future, I mean, some terrorist groups from alien worlds at work on Earth, regretfully...if they are not already at work in this field as of today...eh,eh :x O0 :!: there is also room for new madmen on this planet, unfortunately...
