Ain't Outlook Calendar Wunnerful!

By my calculations of the Moon and Stars. . .uh, wait!. . .that's just the Lucky Charms I was eating for breakfast.

Dan is now on the downslope toward the big 100. He's a handsome devil for 51.

Gives the rest of us, hope.

Happy Birthday, Dangerous Dan.

As someone who is (incredible though it may seem) OLDER than Dan, I must warn him -- that downhill slope is powerful slippery. (It's especially hard on the knees...)

Keep napalming that kudzu (after herding the cats out, of course) for another 51, Colonel H.*!

(*I presume y'all would be at least a Colonel in the Confederate Airship Forces.)

52, actually. I was born on the day Sputnik II was launched, at almost the same time, in fact.

Thank you all for the birthday wishes.

Bah, you're still a spring rooster.

So you're older than Mr. Wolfe thought -- you're still younger than I am. (Excuse me -- I have to go prepare my evening mush. Takes a couple hours to gum it down to something I can swallow (cough, wheeze).)

Yes, but my hair has been gray since my mid-20s, so it's harder to guess my age just from visual cues. Unless that photo of you is woefully outdated, you still have your normal hair color. :)

Alas, I still have the mind of a 20 year old. I keep it in a jar by the door. :D

Maturity still eludes me,

Dan

Habby Birfday, Dan!

I hope you're still working hard on that novel.
