Poem: Once Again by Richard Tornello

Ya gotta be really careful on short poems that start simple ... because the last line or two will usually be the scorpion tail!

This time it's the fourth line. But what do we have here? "the sky pearls ... make their approach"? Well, better minds than I can tell me if in cosmology if the stars are approaching us because of the particular angles of spin. But just "looking outside at the stars, ever beautiful" seems a bit too easy.

So what else is a sky pearl? Are there hints of SciFi alien first contact vessels landing for the first time?
