Victory Chain by C.H. Kelly
Not bad at all, but I had a hard time visualizing the racetrack layout. Dialog and characterization are good. The plot was okay, but I'd have liked the story better if there'd been some kind of subplot involving a love interest for the main character. That would have given me more reason to care about him and made his motivation stronger; I felt it was maybe a little thin to think he'd just jump in with these people's agenda on the basis of what he'd been told.
Pretty decent overall, though.
