The Aphelion Project

I just saw this on Facebook and for some reason it made me think of the Aphelion Project. (One of the challenges Nate ran for the series was called the "Spaceman's Birthday" Challenge.) Maybe Cmdr. Macridin could redeem himself by doing his own version of A Space Oddity like his fellow Canadian. Is there a guitar on Aphelion Two? 8)

I fucking love science wrote:Happy 54th birthday to Col. Chris Hadfield!

Col. Hadfield spent a total of 166 days in space throughout his career and is most well known from his time as Commander aboard the International Space Station.

While in space, he captured the imagination of space lovers around the world via social media through pictures and videos, educating the public on what a weightless environment is really like. Just before leaving the ISS in May 2013, Col. Hadfield performed his version of David Bowie’s “A Space Oddity.” As tribute to Col. Hadfield on his birthday, it's time we have another look: http://bit.ly/142Pk8S
