Homicides rates are at an all-time low in the small country. The country has the death penalty, although that didn’t seem to make a difference before. Research attributed the decrease to many factors. One of the main reasons they cite is the improving economic climate.

Personally, Doran thinks it’s because the guillotine is reinstated.
