SF TV News Tidbits
Babylon 5 in the U.K. Final Episodes Held Back!(?)
Word is that Channel Four in the U.K. will NOT be airing the final season
five episodes before the U.S. (Which won't air on TNT until late October).
This is according to the latest issue of Cult Times magazine, no word from
Channel 4 to confirm it as of yet.
Crusade Captain Cast
It has been confirmed by J. Michael Straczynski that Gary Cole has been
cast as Captain Matthew Gideon. Cole is best known for his genre role
as Lucas Buck in "American Gothic". He was also in the "Midnight Caller"
TV series and Mike Brady in the recent Brady Bunch Movies. For more info
on Gary's career, check out the Gary Cole archives at
Hercules & Xena on USA Network Starting Aug 3rd
The USA Network will start running weekday repeats of Hercules (6 ET/PT)
and Xena (7 pm ET/PT) starting Monday, August 3rd. Hercules starts with
the hour episodes, not with the original TV movies.
Lexx: The Dark Zone Returns
The Movie Channel is re-running at least the first two movies in the
Tales From a Parallel Universe movie series (otherwise known as
Lexx: The Dark Zone) in July. Check out the official web site at
www.lexx.com for more info on the series.

(Both are also airing numerous times on Showtime Extreme)
I have not been able to confirm airings for the other two movies in

More Scheduling Notes
Earth: Final Conflict - The episode "Infection" was pulled at the last
minute so that the season finale would air during sweeps. It will air
the week of July 27th.
The X-Files - Current schedule on the web site differs from other
listings, so how accurate the upcoming schedule is unknown.
The Net - I've added USA Network's The Net series. However the
USA Network schedule doesn't currently list any title information
past the first weekend in August.
